Returns
Products may be returned within 14 days after delivery if they meet our return eligibility requirements.
Refunds
After your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 Business Days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We gladly replace products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
